Bolt the Door to Catch the Thief
Even there is a slim chance, your enemies will definitely fight to escape. However if they are hopeless to run away, they are all yours so the best way to annihilate the enemies is to surround and destroy them. If you let them retreat, you will be at a disadvantage pursuing them.
