Disaster Relief

Disaster Relief is one of the four options a player may choose in the "Comforting" tab at the Town Hall. Disaster Relief costs food, but in return, boosts loyalty by 5 and decrease public grievance by 15. It also gives prestige, but not as much as Praying. Players often choose praying over disaster relief mainly for prestige-boosting reasons but if a city is under attacked badly, players may turn to disaster relief (as it helps reduce public grievance greatly and offers some relief to loyalty.)
