Experience

Experience can be gained from making buildings, researching academics, training troops, or by killing opposing forces in battle.

To calculate experience, first you must calculate the actual cost of what's being created or researched, or being destroyed in battle.

Raw Production Cost = [ ( 1 * #Food ) + ( 1 * #Lumber ) + ( 2 * #Stone ) + ( 2.5 * #Iron ) + ( 10 * #Gold ) ]

Once you have the raw production cost, you can figure experience gained by dividing by 100 if it was in battle, or by 200 if it was a construction, research, or training troops.
