Town Hall is the chief administrative building of a city or town's administration and usually houses the city or town council, its associated departments and their employees. In ancient period, town hall is also a hub of politics and religion in the city it served.
The Town Hall is the Administrative Center of each Territory. The City Hall controls Production and Tax Rate. Here, the player can also apply Levies and Comforting. Also, the player can Rename the Territory (24 hour Cooldown).
Here, a player can also get an Overview of all of the information relating to the Territory and other owned Player Territories, including Building and Valley information.
Besides the Walls, this is the only building that controls appearance of the Territory on the Map.
[edit] Balance Information
Every Town starts out with a Town Hall, and it does not take up one of the 32 Spaces in Town.
If a player upgrades a Town Hall to Level 5, it will end the Beginner's Protection Buff automatically, no matter how much time remaining on the buff.
A Level 1 Town Hall gives the ability to have 13 Resource Fields in the City, and the ability to own 1 Valley. Each level of Town Hall Grants 3 more Resource Fields and 1 more maximum Valleys.
