It would be really helpful if this page and the one for workshop included information about whether they are needed in secondary cities at all unless you intend to conduct research from them. In other words, assuming you already did the research to get to Military Science level 10, if I build a 2nd city, do I need to build a forge in the 2nd city to get the Military Science buff? --ZBlessed 18:24, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
