Wage War without Declaration
Initiate the attack without formal declaration of war. This engagement is intended as preventive action to put rival in inferior place. Though its beneficial in initial phase, this action is considered infamous and may lead to the boycott from international society. Attack on Pearl Harbor performed by Japanese Imperial navy is the action of this kind of engagement.
